Retirement Community at Julia Morgan's Marina Landmark Files Expanded Eight-Story Addition

Heritage on the Marina and Sequoia Living have filed revised plans for a major expansion behind the 1925 landmarked Julia Morgan Building at 3400 Laguna Street.

Once complete, the two-structure development would span approximately 196,700 square feet, including 134,180 square feet of residential space.
